This past Saturday, at Kupuna Council, we passed a Resolution in Opposition on the TMT telescope project. I know that you weren't there.
Anyway, the Resolution is all put together and ready for your signature. It will be presented in Hilo tonight (Tuesday). However, the Resolution is made out for your signature - as Secretary.
I don't know how I can get you to sign this thing before this afternoon - before I leave town. I have a doctor's appointment in Honoka'a at 4:30 and will be leaving my place around 3:45. So, if you can come by (my place) before that - it'll be great.
If you can't come by - can I have your permission to sign the document on your behalf? This is a legally permissible thing to do. Or, I can sign it (with my name) "for" you. Maybe this is what I should do.
Wat u tink?
Tanks.

I'm leaving for Honolulu on Friday and won't be back until Sept. 12 - the day before Kupuna Council.
I don't think I'll have a vehicle and would love to carpool over there to Ka-u.
Soli is working starting yesterday, Sunday, at Waikoloa. I've been going to Soli's to feed Squeaky, but don't have a set schedule.
However, I'm always at my place in the morning until around 9 or so. Address is 64-823 Mamalahoa Highway - the main drag through wet side - on way to Honoka'a - across for newish white fence about quarter mile townside of Hawaiian Homes Kuhio Hale. Number on mailbox - on Mauna Kea side of road.
If you like - you can drop by. Have 2 white dogs, and they will bark. However, they are really nice if you let them get acquainted with you - smells, talk, etc.
OK?
