    Good to hear that Ka'ena began a life of service! How was the pa'i 'ai that Ka'ena and you made? Did you folks have a group pule or other dedication before first use? Although I was not present for much of the festival, early, at about 9:45AM, Kalama Cabigon, myself, Waimea Williams and Val Loh led a set of starting pule for the day.

    Sorry if I zipped right past you in Hilo! E kala mai! I was running so hard that I didn't even have time to twitter or post pix. Was just running from one assignment to another. So distracted, I missed Volcanoes park entrance, ended up in Ka'u before I realized! :D Good fun, Hilo!

    Re: 'Olelo Hawai'i, now looking for evening/weekend class. Tried online, but it just didn't gain traction. I think I want to try sitting face-to-face and learning that way. Any recommendations? Mahalo!
