I don't know if "personal testimonies" are being accepted, but it looks like the strategy (as practiced by the Senate) of invitation-only testifiers is being adhered to. I have no idea whether individuals who show up will be allowed to testify. They weren't - in the Senate.
Although we only have a fax number for the committee, emails to the Chair - with proper Bill Identification and hearing date and time - should probably get through (if you don't have access to a fax machine).
Now is the time to let "them" know that all in Hawai'i DO NOT support the "Shit" Bill.
