U.S. President Grover Cleveland removed the Treaty of Annexation which was sent to Congress for approval by U.S. President Benjamin Harrison in 1893.

There was No Treaty of Annexation made between the Mafia, Pirates Provisional government which had no Sovereignty with the United States.

Fraud claims to having an Annexation was perpetuated by those who perpetuated lies over time. 

 U.S. President Grover Cleveland, his Secretary of State Walter Gresham, and assistant Clinton Furbish recognized the rule of law, the U.S. Constitution, the 1850 Treaty of the Hawaiian Kingdom and the United States, and the International laws affecting nations that had sovereignty.

The Main Points of the above article:

*  Queen Liliuokalani was still the Queen.

*  Former Civil War General Alfred Hartwell, a treasonous person who participated in dethroning Queen Liliuokalani wrote the "letter of abdication" dated January 24, 1895 "was a fraud".

*  There was no person by the name of Liliuokalani Dominis.

*  Queen Liliuokalani was "compelled by force to sign it"....

1897 - After U.S. President Cleveland's term in office, he had his men remove the U.S. Flag in Hawaii.

U.S. President William McKinley had his men raise the U.S. Flag in Hawaii soonafter.

McKinley had the Army, Navy, other personnel "develop" the Territory of the United States also became known as the Territory of Hawaii under the American Empire.

SUMMARY

Genocide, Piracy, Pillaging, Racketeering, Mafia Moves, etc. was supported by U.S. President William McKinley, who failed to follow rule of law, the U.S. Constitution, the permanent friendship and amity treaty with the Hawaiian Kingdom/Kingdom of Hawaii and the United States, and International laws.

U.S. President William McKinley supported the White Supremacists in Hawaii, and legally could not Treaty due to their bankruptcy since 1871.

The Provisional government had no sovereignty.

The Republic of Hawaii had no sovereignty.

The Territory created by U.S. President William McKinley was a municipality, treated as a corporation, and became a Territory which could never have sovereignty.

The entity Territory of Hawaii shared the sovereignty with the other States under the United States with a 1/50 interest, while the islands secured under Kamehameha III - Kauikeaouli documented in 1850 was criminally claimed by a bankrupt nation who pirated, pillaged, premeditated the overthrow of Queen Liliuokalani in 1893 and maintained opposition while under duress.

Duress

Unlawful pressure exerted upon a person to coerce that person to perform an act that he or she ordinarily would not perform.

Duress also encompasses the same harm, threats, or restraint exercised upon the affected individual's spouse, child, or parent.

Duress is distinguishable from Undue Influence, a concept employed in the law of wills, in that the latter term involves a wrongdoer who is a fiduciary, one who occupies a position of trust and confidence in regard to the testator, the creator of the will.

Duress also exists where a person is coerced by the wrongful conduct or threat of another to enter into a contract under circumstances that deprive the individual of his or her volition.

Also in the Hawaiian Kingdom/Kingdom of Hawaii/Ko Hawaii Pae Aina, the laws apply.

The Treaty of 1850 is the "supreme law of the land" and even Judges have to abide by it as documented in Article 6 of the U.S. Constitution.

Application of Article XIV in the ratified Treaty of 1850 legally applies.

The United Nations laws respecting nations is also documented as noted by Dr. Alfred deZayas in 2018 & 2019.

It appears that the claim made that the State of Hawaii is a State remains illegal, even though "gifted" with a shared sovereignty of 1/50 by the United States which began the American Empire to include pirated lands claimed to be ceded by conspirators, treasonous persons, etc. 

Note:  Non Allodial land owners conveyed what they could never own.

Kamehameha III - Kauikeaouli secured our lands by also filing all the land transactions in Biernes, Switzerland in 1850..

The Hawaiian Kingdom/Kingdom of Hawaii/Ko Hawaii Pae Aina is and remains the legitimate government with full sovereignty granted to nations.

The Royal Family, descendants and heirs of Kamehameha exists with evidence.
