The following is a Chronological List of The Seizure of the Hawaiian Island planned Since 1822 or Documenting Piracies on record spanning 199 years Leading to Exposing the "Think Tank" of Pirates, Pillagers, Frauds, Planners, Conspirators, Treasonous Persons, Racketeers, Privateers in our Hawaiian archipelago who helped to plan the overthrow of Queen Liliuokalani in 1893:

1810 - Kamehameha was recognized as a Sovereign from a Monarchy Government.

1819 - Kamehameha died.  His successor was his son Liholiho.

1819 - Liholiho became Kamehameha II.

1820 - American Missionaries/Mercenaries arrived in the Hawaiian Kingdom.

1822 - Secret Treaty of Verona signed by Austria, France, Prussia, Russia, the Vatican, Great Britain, and the United States.

            The Treaty was about breaking down Monarchy governments worldwide.

             The Hawaiian Kingdom was one of the targets.

1824 - American Missionaries/Mercenaries moved to annex the Hawaiian Kingdom to the U.S.

           Kamehameha II - Liholiho died in England from the flu which was embedded in the blankets.  His wife Kamamalu died also.

            Kamehameha II - Liholiho had seven (7) wives.  His stepchildren were all of Kamehameha's, Kalaniopuu's, Kaumualii's, John Young's and Isaac Davis descendants.

1825 - Kauikeaouli the full brother of Kamehameha II - Liholiho became Kamehameha III.

1840 - U.S. President Taylor and others made plans to annex the Hawaiian Islands.

 1884 - Bernice Pauahi married to Banker Charles Reed Bishop died.

Note:  Both were conspirators, treasonous persons and supported the plans to dethrone King David Kalakaua.

Charles Reed Bishop later supported the plans to dethrone Queen Liliuokalani in 1893.

Bernice Pauahi Bishop was promoted as the "last of the Kamehameha's".  She was not.  

Kamehameha had 20 children.  Many Kamehameha descendants existed then, and their descendants exists today.

Bernice Pauahi Bishop's first Trustees were:

1) Charles Reed Bishop

2) Charles Montague Cooke

3) Samuel Mills Damon

4) Charles McEwen Hyde

5)  William Owen Smith

1893 -  the "think tank" Bernice Pauahi Bishop Estates Trustees were part of the "pretend government" called the Provisional Government.

Queen Liliuokalani was wrongfully usurped by White Supremacists, conspirators, treasonous persons, pirates pillagers, racketeers, privateers which included the "Think Tank" Bernice Pauahi Bishop Estates Trustees, et. als. who were supported by the United States President Benjamin Harrison, et. als.

Annexation supporters were part of the "Sharpshooters" and Army who helped to kill Queen Liliuokalani's supporters.

1895 -

A "reign of terror" was documented.  Kanaka Maoli/Kanaka Hawaii Maoli were killed.

1897  -

Opposition to Annexation was made by Queen Liliuokalani and her 40,000 subjects but only 21,000 signatures were found at the National Archives by researchers.

U.S. President Cleveland Gave Hawaii Back to Queen Liliuokalani in 1893, 1894, and 1897.

The Seizure of Hawaii was recorded in the newspapers:

1909 - The "think tank" now known as the Bernice Pauahi Bishop Estates Trustees with Charles Reed Bishop, William O. Smith moved to criminally assume all of Queen Liliuokalani's lands, assets, for themselves and for stocks and bonds invested in the United States.

It was a Fraud setup with Queen Liliuokalani denying signing a Trust Deed.

Her treasonous brother-in-law Archibald Cleghorn became one of the Trustees.

Charles Reed Bishop was another brother-in-law who was the widower of Queen Liliuokalani's hanai/ adopted sister.

1915 - The Pan Pacific Magazine or better known as the Hawaii Tourism Authority placed Queen Liliuokalani on the throne for a day.

Note:  The Pirates disregarded the fact that U..SS. President Cleveland gave Hawaii back to the Queen in 1893, 1894, and 1897.

1917 -  Queen Liliuokalani died.  

The Fraud Trustees conveyed the Queen's remains to the Territory of the United States turned Territory of Hawaii.

Note:  The Queen in her will did maintain that she did not sign the Trust with the usurpers, treasonous persons, pirates.

1918 -  The Pan Pacific Magazine set up another Pirate entity which they gifted U.S. President Woodrow Wilson as an Honorary President, and heads of other nations - including China.....all partners in crime.

2000- The U.S. Supreme Court's Memorandum shows that there was No Annexation for Hawaii.

2007 - The Doctrine of Political Question was brought up to defend kanaka maoli who were arrested for defending Hawaiian burials and charged with criminal trespass.

 

            Joyclynn Costa asked Senator Daniel Inouye for assistance and he said he couldn't attend the court case but gave a hint that the Hawaiian Kingdom was still in existence.  She won the case and all 16 who were arrested were released from further court actions.

11 years ago on April 13th on a Friday myself and 3 others stood in front a Judge. We were accused of Criminal Trespass II reduced to Simple Trespass. The day we got arrested they put it on the 10 news about activist fighting for "Hawaiian" land. Wrong, we were standing for our rights and kuleana. After being looped in the system for months we had our day in court. The Prosecutor said if we could prove separation of jurisdiction and powers from both the State of Hawaii and the United States the Judge could recognize our claim. Our point was they could not apply their authority on Hawaiian Nationals. There were 16 arrested that day. On April 13 on a Friday I delivered what the prosecutor requested. I handed the clerk, to hand to the Judge, a letter from the late Senator Inouye. He was a United State Senator for the State of Hawaii. (two birds w/ one stone) He could not come to our trial due to a mandated Constitutional Separation of Powers. I looked it up and found within the Separation of Powers was "The Doctrine of Political Question". In this doctrine it speaks of land if created by another Country can not be decided in court. It is of a political matter between the Executives. The Judge took a look at the letter asked a few questions flipped thru his books and accepted my oral motion to dismiss with prejudice. The prosecutor had nothing else to rebut and the Judge rendered a decision to grant the Dismissal with Prejudice. I know this was not of my doing but the grace of ke Akua that worked this case. You see we were not suppose to appear that because the case was already dismissed w/out prejudice. The Judge asked why our names were on the calendar and all they could say was it was a mistake. My dad stood with me and he had his say in court. A week later all others were also dismissed w/prejudice. All 16!!!"

2015 - Professor Williamson Chang, Head of the University of Hawaii at Manoa - Richardson Law School uncovered the fact that it was illegal acts, and the U.S. perpetuated fraud, etc.  Hawaii was Not Legally Annexed and it was an illegal and impossible feat.

2018 -  United Nations Dr. Alfred deZayas informed the Hawaii Courts et. als. that the Hawaiian Kingdom was under an occupation, and it still existed.

Fraud vitiates all claims and all contracts.

The Royal Family exists and hold the 1850 Treaty of the Hawaiian Kingdom and the United States as a permanent treaty of amity and friendship.

Pirates have tried to extinguish the Kamehameha's because our treaty is the supreme law of the land as documented in the U.S. Constitution Article 6, and even the Judges have to follow the  rule of law.

Note:  The Hawaiian Kingdom/Kingdom of Hawaii/Ko Hawaii Pae Aina has sovereignty.

The "pretend" government developed by U.S. President McKinley rides with the U.S. under their sovereignty which includes both nations set up by U.S. President McKinley called 1) the American Empire - covers territories including the former Territory of the United States turned Territory of Hawaii and 2) the United States - which deals with the nations that have treaties, which legally includes the Hawaiian Kingdom/Kingdom of Hawaii/Ko Hawaii Pae Aina because the contractual parties exists today - the parties:  "heirs and successors" of Kamehameha III and the honest U.S. Presidents.
