Aloha nui ia kakou,
First of all, mahalo to cousins Malia and Kaleo for assisting in setting up the lanai at the Palms Restaurant ma Kapaa, Kauai for the Original Jurisdiction and Mahele Economics Presentation, and mostly for the work that they did in copying palapala koe nae no Waimea and Wainiha, ili o Naue included. Everyone who attended wanted us back to share more, epecially on the remedies and solutions that are available. We are planning a return very, very soon and will continue to network with key ohana there on Kauai to help unite what our kupuna have set forth. Mahalo nui!!

The next general class/ presentation given is on November 9th, at 9 AM at Cameron - the palapala koe nae no Waimea and Winiha, Kauai will be made available for Maui people as well, if you have ohana there on Kauai and you want to help them vest up - please be there early. The HLF is sponsoring a two part lomilomi workshop, LOMILOMI FOR THE OHANA, given by Pilialoha Teves, on Nov. 8 and Nov. 22 from 10 to about 1 PM. Bring water and snacks, will be in the workshop at 310 Hookahi St. Wailuku in Suite 206. Please call to register, the fees are umeke style.
This workshop is part of the foundations healthy month promotions, last month was a NON GMO / Organic Food demo by Jodi Bowman and viewing of Islands at Risk - about GMO's in Hawaii. It was very moving to have keiki there in attendance too. Mahalol. With good eating and healthcare, you can reverse ill health! Malama kou kino!

Here is the November Class Schedule: November 9 - General Public; November 16 - Law Literacy 10AM and Akaku Remedy (1PM) and on November 23 is papa Molaki level I and II combined, with a break for Turkey Day on November 30th (NO CLASS). Enjoy the food, football and family!!!

The Kahakauwila Family can celebrate!! Their almost foreclosed "property" was not sold in a tax lien sale, as the Real Property Tax Department of County of Hawaii had them listed for back taxes owed; !!! Mahalo for their support and their belief in their kuleana aina, all four properties were pulled out of a looming foreclosure (10-16-08), now protected in an Irrevocable Patented Estate, without huge tax bills that were once a threat to their kuleana aina. We are proud of you and your family for coming forward as the owners of patented interests that you are. NONE of this could have been possible through the "State of Hawaii, Inc." or their henchman group - OHA. This act alone, has opened up the doors for other families out there who are facing similar issues. Let's congratulate them on Nov. 9th, 2008 when we see them in class!! E hoi hou i ka aina, ma Ko Hawaii Pae Aina!!

You can hear the live radio shows with Mahealani (the real one) broadcast on KAOI AM 1110 on Maui and KONG AM 570 on Kauai, on the website: kohawaiipaeaina.net and share them with family and friends now, you can still buy the discs for 5 dala at the Cameron Center too, that way you can play them while you drive, work, play or send and share them to those who do not do the internet. This way, they still keep informed.

A legitimate Land Court has been reconstituted and will issue a lawful decision on the State of Hawaii, Inc. bail out scheme fabricated with illegal terms, aka the "Mark Bennet Scam-Plan" to "sell" ceded ( where is the document of cession?) lands that simply do not exist. Its a paper-tiger that people who still use that "term", just can't let go of.
The decision is being expected to stir the boiling economic couldron that the State of Hawaii, Inc. already threw themselves into, pour in a little spice of bankruptcy, secutrities fraud and tax embezzlement by OHA too? We will be glad to see justice and real equitable remedies for a people displaced for far too long. Thank you Land Court, a real one at last. We will keep you updated on this progress. Mahalo!

A BIT 'o HISTORY:
When the legitimate legislature passed the Mahele statutes of 1846, Gerrit P. Judd led a coo of missionaries to riot and plea against it - the missionaries (what they called themselves) argued that they should be allowed to "own" land in the foreign sovereign nation of Ko Hawaii Pae Aina (the legitimate identity of where we live). Immediately aftrer being brought down to earth, the missionaries applied for dual citizenship which is guided under Treaty and without which, they would not have property rights subjected to the patents, IF found to be valid. Gerrit P. Judd & Co. attempted to "grant" out to private individuals - an average of 535 acres each, under the guise as "agents" of the American Board of Foreign Missions.
