Who was Hattie McFarland?

Among the teachers of Mary Kawena Puku`i are listed Keahi Luahine (1877 - 1937) and Hattie McFarland (birth and death dates unknown), who trained Puku`i in oli and hula. I have been searching, without success, for any information on Hattie McFarland, and wonder if anyone here might enlighten me. I ask this as I research the oli/hula kuʻauhau of Kumu John Keolamakaʻāinana Lake. Mahalo for any help you can provide! ʻOhu

    I know Puku'i studied with Makalehu Maka'ena(Kapahikauaakamehameha) & her niece Malia Kalahaehae Kau (Halemano) both from Moanalua Valley.
