"Honolulu - The Office of Hawaiian Affairs is applying for a federal grant to help in the creation of a Hawaii Procurement Technical Assistance Center.
OHA says the center would help small businesses, especially those owned by Native Hawaiians, improve their chances of getting federal contracts.
OHA's board of trustees has authorized administrator Clyde Namuo to submit a grant application to the Defense Logistics Agency of the U.S. Department of Defense.
OHA says it's taking the lead role in seeking the center with an alliance that includes the University of Hawaii's William S. Richardson School of Law and the Honolulu Minority Business Enterprise Center.
Hawaii is one of only four states without such an assistance center."

Where does the Defense Logistics Agency of the U.S. Department of Defense get their money from to loan to us and others? From our Hawaiian Postal Savings Bank and Hawaiian Treasury. We are the richest nation in the world. Our money is backed by gold and silver. They are acting as a trustee for our money.
3. University of Hawaii's William S. Richardson School of Law - Run by the U.S. Military. The future attorney's of this school will be taught exactly what the de facto wants them to be taught to carry out what's on their agenda and not what is truthful and lawful in Ko Hawaii Pae Aina.
