A weekend filled with complimentary art, films, panel discussions, music and hula. Saturday night's luau is guaranteed to please the appetite. Music at "the celebration after-hours" provided by Maunalua and impromptu performances by attending kumu etc. Definitely NOT the generic hotel event. Designed to allow our maoli to express, design, display, and pay tribute to all things Hawaiian.

    Aloha kaua e Clifford, my name is Lloyd Kumula'au Sing, an 'ie'ie weaver, you have seen my work before for hotel consideration, I was wondering if your festival could use an 'ie'ie weaver to demonstrate mahiole, ki'i, basketry and fishtraps? If yes, does the festival sponsor airfare and hotel accomodations? Please let me know. Mahalo, you can see examples of my work under "Hana Lima Noe'au" or Na Mea Hawai'i under mahiole and holua sled.
