ALOHA Kakou, e Hawaii,Kahana Valley is the only Ahupua'a on Oahu where indigenous Hawaiians are living there since the days of their ancestors who lived in Kahana Valley under Queen Liliuokalani. The Evictions of the indigenous Hawaiians who have the Inherent Sovereign Right to remain as tenants of Kahana Valley is an Immoral Act of Justice being committed under the administration of Governor Lingle.Governor Lingle who said in her first bid to be Governor, said that Hawaiians should be allowed to live on the lands, "after all the lands belong to them."The lands of Kahana Valley are part of the national lands of that the indigenous Hawaiian people have a claim to those lands. The indigenous Hawaiians who are facing evictions, have never relinquished their Inherent Sovereignty to the United State, the State of Hawaii, Governor Lingle alone to the DLNR.It is for these reasons, I urge all Kanaka Maoli to participate in what ever ways you can to KUE the evictions of the Indigenous Hawaiian people of Kahana Valley.Evict LingleNot the Indigenous Hawaiians of Kahana Valley
