The people of Hawai'i have an incredible opportunity to change how things are happening. Right now the Lingle Administration wants the United States Supreme Court to overrule our Hawai'i Supreme Court's ruling that placed a moratorium on the sale of ceded lands until the unreliquished claims of Native Hawaiians have been resolved. In other words the Lingle Administration wants to sell ceded lands before resolving the unrelinquished claims of Native Hawaiians.
