  Pua Keaweehu would be my grandmother's brother; I will post the old census form on my maoliworld home page. There is family lore that her many brothers and sisters were scattered (not sure why), some ending up in an orphanage like Nancy did. Then something about their birth records were destroyed years ago in a fire at the hospital or court house?? The Keaweehu side has been kind of a mystery, even to my mother. Perhaps your grandfather has a similar story? Well thank you for replying, I hope we can keep exchanging info. :)

  Hi! My grandmother is Nancy Keaweehu who was born on Kauai in 1906. Her father is David Kua'ana Keaweehu, his father is Kua'ana Keaweehu. Nancy moved to Honolulu and married Abraham Kauhini. Is this your family, too?
