This was a tough confrontation--each time the DLNR said "I'm going to arrest you" I said Public Law 95-341 and Tutu Pele as in flowing plume throughout Ka Pae Aina. Also too Act 50 Marie Beltran vs State of Hawaii should be a concern on Mar 1 when George goes to court. Act 50 is vague and the DLNR wants to crack a bargin to remove Annie and others from Haleiwa Boat Harbor. I'm making my rounds with the homeless will keep you posted. Spoke to Glenn in Waianae and he too is checking on the children in the Parks. Waiting for the ruling as to whether we have contentions and standing with NRC and AEC, if not we move to a 2050 sustainable 'exit' plan. Waianae will be contaminated with DU and fully radioactive with 3 different isotopes in private backyard dumps from military bases.

As for the picture it's available to anyone that wants a copy. It was given to me by my girlfriend who got it from someone that worked and painted the picture soon after the overthrow.
