was down at Kawa`a yesterday, and Uncle Able was telling me that he was looking to start a Taro Festival for the Moku O Keawe Ohana to take place down at Kawa`a and Hilea. The First year would have to do mostly with planting and getting grounds ready to plant, but there are currently a couple good size patches down there to start with. It is still up in the air as to when and how, but Uncle's vision is that Hawaiians from all over would come to camp, to malama, to get to know the land, and share manao. Didn't know if I should have put this in future or politics, but Kawa`a is very political so I chose here. Recently the Mayor has visited Uncle at his house at Kawa`a five times, and asked him to make a deal to leave. Uncle has refused. attached is a video about Kawa`a and Uncle. Heard about the letter that Uncle Able received from Bob Reichman notifying him of their (survey of land appraisal & County) presence this week at Kawa'a, Bob Reichman is a pilau archaeologist, slimeball guy. I wouldn't say this if this wasn't true. His services and those affiliated with his business office work together to give a stamp of approval to forge ahead on development. This guy can't even do his homework right. His findings do not provide an indepth research to distinguish the difference between a fishing shrine and a burial grave of a prominent person. He guesses what he finds and I wouldn't tell him what is on the land - this guy must be stopped. He has lied on record with DLNR's recent contested case on PAO'O as well as on HIBC meetings (minutes are edited, hah?) but then again witnesses have heard what has come out of his mouth when questioned under oath. He has no conscious but we all know these kind of people sleep good at night because they count what they have in their bank accounts when they rape our land. Beware Kawa'a and stand guard of Bob Reichman and his entourage.
