The specifics and particulars should include the fishermen and their fishing equipment--both paddle and fishing equipments (I don't care if a Kumu act stupid about fishing nets) to feed the people was all part of the action that created the 'Splintered Paddle Law" in Hawaii!!!! Our na Kanaka at the time of the incident had close on and the DLNR asked a fisherman to remove his clothes while serving a citation for fishing in Makaha recently! The people in the community one or two with dislike for humanity, but love dogs should not be the only people that this fake government workers should be looking at. We should not create 51 zones of secured and unsecured communities for the sake of federal million dollar security funding. Dog's poop, bark, run and slobber all over the park leaving back their trail of disease all over the grass area without any concern over children that pick up their bacteria while playing at the park.
