They not only overthrew Queen Liliuokalani, they overthrew the lawful government of the Hawaiian Kingdom. If another Alii followed Queen Liliuokalani to the Throne, then I would say it was just an overthrow of the Queen. Besides overthrowing the lawful government of the Hawaiian Kingdom, they overthrew the constitution of the Hawaiian Kingdom that they supported. They committed Treason against the lawful government of the Hawaiian Kingdom.
