  Ehu, too far and apart from the sequencing of the events that took place in 1974, 1978, 1979, 1993, and 2011 to this moment in time. 

   

  The contracts existed since 1923 for homesteaders with the US.  All else formed at the 1978 con con.  Homesteaders died at the 1978 con con.  So, now we are saying that they Homesteaders are teaming up with the general public which I feel is a somewhat truth.  However, the bloodquantum gets in the way here unless it reflects the general public than what one is saying true. 

   

  However, homesteaders have always been left out, so what you are saying is that we are teaming up with OHA.  To form a more US style perfect union.  Those of us that are 50% plus bloodquantum and the general public not to put words in ones mouth seems somewhat. 

   

  I'm with you through all this, but only because as a homesteader I've always objected to the general public as part off the homesteaders geographic area.  There is lot to learn about the native Hawaiian mono community based on the 50% plus bloodquantum.
