The failure I believe by DBED of Tourism was to recognize the 'Aloha' of the people. The failure to take our aloha as heartfelt. The trickle down theory where as the high end abused the aloha as oppose to 'fun' in the sun and its realestate schemas. All entities mentioned are realestate schemas when mapping the 'talk' on a two dimensional piece of paper. I am unable to except the now negotiations for an 'inclusion clause' across the board room meetings between state (OHA, DHHL, Alu Like, Bishop Estate etc.) and non entities. Pension funding for social programs state workers will bankrupt the 23 million that was budgeted for housless. Mahalo for this short piece
