Until the US Supreme Court makes a decision on the Ceded Lands issue, the Legislature, the OHA Trustees and Governor Lingle can not take any actions relating to the Ceded Lands. During the coming Legislature there must be a strong message to the Legislators that any and all actions on the Ceded Lands should be Halted.
