Conveyance made on the 21st day of July, 1842. Signed Kamehameha III and Kekauluohi.

Important Note: in 1943, Governor W. F. Frear signed a Royal Patent 8302 document, Volume 35 page 835-837 CHANGING Kamehameha III's words "to all the members of the church...." to KAWAIAHAO CHURCH its successors and heirs and assigns forever.
Hint: Look up the Royal Patent 8302 AND the Land Commission Award .............some people have not done their homework...........but know that the PIG's (term coined by Pilipo) did criminally convert something good to something EVIL.............our ancestors will get them..............and those who claim to be doing the legal research have TO LOOK CLOSER AND DEEPER! (This is a challenge for that group claiming to be existence since 1996 - Spinney guys....)
