Be cool and stay in school. Life can be tough and at times we just wanna "squeeze" more life out of something. Kinda of funny, sound familiar, then you and I have something in common. There are many things I would like to do, just don't have enough time in a day.Don't forget to pat yourself on the back, breathe one time and do it again. It is a way for me to relax! The greatest blessing to day is a friend sharing ways to exercise and eat healthy. I was amazed when said to eat more cucumbers, tomatos and avacados! Hmm. Sounds so healthy, I had a salad for lunch today. Don't forget to take care of yourself and eat healthy.
