PUBLIC NOTICE: THE SOLUTION FOR THE POLLUTION OF THE HAWAIIAN KINGDOM & ALL NATURAL FREEPERSONS

Greetings & Aloha Ohana!
I was born in the territorial boundaries of the Kingdom of the Hawaiian Archipelago & reside in the Hawaiian Kingdom at all times whatsoever. Lokahi is the solution for the pollution of organized crime in the Hawaiian Archipelago.
I am presently disrupting the system of things (State of Hawaii et al, organized crime). Imagine when I (a natural free person) becomes "We the People" (a government of & for all natural free persons of His Kingdom on Earth). I am presently persecuted by the State of Hawaii et al because of my racial preference to be Simbralynn Leiolani Kanaka'ole, a cultural resource consultant of la pa'au under His Kingdom.
I am not a federal undertaking (receive federal funds) & at all times a qualified cultural resource officer consultant as defined in section 106 of the National Historic Preservation Act of 1966. I am not affiliated with the State of Hawaii et al, except under force & protest of a contractual nature (under duress)! At no time whatsoever has the State of Hawaii et al consulted with me or my ohana who do not receive any federal $money(s) regarding the cultural resources of the Hawaiian Kingdom comprised of 132 islands, reefs, shoals stretching 1,524 miles southeast to northwest across the Tropic of Cancer between 154 degrees 40 feet & 178 degrees 75 feet west longitude, & 18 degrees 54 feet to 28 degrees 15 feet north latitude, a total land area of 6,425 square miles, that continues exist according to International Law!
The State of Hawaii et al has good cause to not recognize my existence or my Inherent Right to civilly exist as a natural born free person who was born & lives my life as Simbralynn Leiolani Kanaka'ole at all times whatsoever. Job security!!!
The small truth that I or We choose to civilly exist in the territorial boundaries of the Hawaiian Kingdom described herein threatens the the State of Hawaii et al job security contracted between them & the United States Congress (Admission's Act or Newland's Resolution) that provided for annexation of the Territory, not the Hawaiian Kingdom territorial boundaries aforementioned as a matter of fact.
An act of the US Congress does not provide a legal basis for the acquisition of a territory or dominion of another sovereign nation...otherwise there would exist essential international lawlessness whereby any one nation would be permitted (Saddam Hussein-Gulf War Campaign) to legislate internally to effectuate jurisdiction over another nation's people & territory is an attempt to defeat, in whole, the basis of a sisterhood of sovereign nations as respected in the international arena, one would think!
Valid treaties does exist between the Hawaiian Kingdom, a Neutral Nation State & other Independent Nations, including the U.S.A. as a matter of fact!!!
I or We the People of the Hawaiian Kingdom gave no consent to relinquish our Inherent Rights to civilly exist Na Kanaka, if so, produce the contract. I am still waiting (since 1985) for the State of Hawaii et al to produce any/all contractual agreements not performed "under duress" between us. None has been produced, errors & omissions?
Historical data is "prima facie evidence". Ignorance is no excuse! The need to pass the Akaka Bill justifies the fact that I or We the People of the Hawaiian Kingdom were never provided "equal footing" (Presidential Proclamation #3309, Dwight Eisenhower) or consultation as prescribed in section 106 of the National Historic Preservation Act of 1966 or "equal protection" or "due process" of the law of nationhood(Geneva IV & V) as a matter of fact.
The State of Hawaii et al, like it's predecessors, stole my/our identity(identity theft) to commit cultural genocide as a matter of fact!
I, Simbralynn Leiolani Kanaka'ole, am requesting and/or petitioning all natural born free persons to join me & my ohana to crush the Empire of the evil seed with one small truth...be recognized and/or recognize that you are in the territorial boundaries of the Hawaiian Kingdom before January17, 2011.
You shall receive a pardon for any/all crimes committed in the past by the orchestrated or organized crime(s) of the State of Hawaii and/or it's predecessors, the committee of safety aka "Republic of Hawaii".
Blessed are the poor in spirit: For theirs are the Kingdom of Heaven! I would love to hear your comments (pro & con), recommendations or suggestions to find a solution for us who live our lives in the now, not the past or future...a hui hou keiki o ka aina...malama pono!
