What a wonderful experience to share with others. I must admit, I had fun observing na keiki pounding kalo. There were many who guided and others discussed our ho'oilina. Music was sung by different po'e and massage tables were set up to ease stress and tension. I was able to be one of the first to get a massage. Maka'i to the kumu who taught them the skills. I left the table feeling lite as a "feather." How amazing it was to ease the tension and decrease negative energy that usually occur on my L4/L5.Mahalo Ke Akua and the po'e who were there! This fest will become part of our ho'oilina from this day forward. Mahalo uncle Charlie and brother Paul R.from Waihole for the poi we always purchase for Moloka'i. These are two special men we thank for sharing and caring about my 'ohana. LOL!
