Just wanted to add, that if bottled water is within the near future for development, then who benefits? The Developers? The Lineal Descendants? The Valley? The Visitors? The Foreigners? If we are not conscious of our resources today, imagine how soon WE ALL will have to buy the air we breathe...in a bottle?

Great observation,
On the State of Hawaii revised statues, we have Hawaiian usage of water (what ever that means) and I did propose to the Hawaiian Homestead Association president that we obtain our air space in Waianae.
Forgot to say, the Hawaiian water usage is a borrowed common law from Britian. Keep up with the great questioning.
