What are you waiting for Mayor Carvalho, waiting till the last minute is so totally wrong. Your constituency (na po'e o Kaua'i) have spoken on Kaua'i County Council Bill 2491. If you are waiting this long to make a decision it is obvious who you are going to side with. Your own Council voted 6 to 1. YOU WILL NOT BE SUPPORTED on your run for re-election, you are counting on saving 600 workers for these bio-tech companies while killing the future 6000 plus future population by allowing this bill to be passed. Send them over to Falko Partners, I am sure the Luxury Housing Subdivision being built on Ag land will have job opportunities for many of them.
