I have some good news and some pics

For my family and my friends who like KNOW:My husband got another contract! After being released from his contract since November 14th. Right after the election. It was THE worse possible time. I had plans to do things... then drama ensued with someone else so it was a double whammy LOLI ended up working at one of three of the offices where I work AND working til 3 a.m. nearly every morning at my office at home LOL I have been working so much... I got a fever LMAOSorry but I can't say how much per hour but this means that we can resume our 10% donation to OUR causes.I have had to cease it since November 14th because I didn't wanna lose our very modest house that we bought. We added a pool then later I got a hot tub for free from one of my girl friends :) I didn't want to lose my home! But wow some people sure are celebrating while some people like my HUSBAND are STILL out of work.Poor taste! No class... and I expected MORE from Democrats. Aren't they supposed to be the POOR person's party??? Well a $150 million party is not exactly poor LOLIn all fairness I should mention that I was a registered Democrat from 1985 to 2000 then I changed parties. Since 2000 I have been a registered Republican: A pro-iwi, pro-choice, pro-gay marriage Republican who tries to donate 10% to her causes LOLSome pics from awhile ago:When we were in the DC area (way before the $150 million inauguration party while some people are still hungry, homeless, and/or jobless?!?!?!) we had to use the bathroom SO badly. Long story short we went to the Lincoln Memorial but I couldn't see any bathrooms. We eventually found parking along the very busy Washington Monument. We started to walk and the wind made it VERY cold. The windchill was about 20 degrees. Then I found this bathroom. I couldn't stop laughing because my husband and I were bundled up and we HAD to use the bathroom LMAO Here is the bathroom at foot of the Washington Monument:

The monument itself:

I am unimpressed though I know that some people are so impressed by power. I'm not. In fact one of my best friends is a head of a department in law enforcement and that does not impress me LOLAt the "It's the Small World" at Disney World in Orlando... despite some valid concerns about exploiting Hawaiians... Hawaiians are VISIBLE... which I like because WHEN Hawaiians are visible... SO ARE OUR KUPUNA:

A view of a flea market that I found in Orlando. It is what the swap meet at the stadium SHOULD BE LOL

Another view of Clearwater Beach (which I go to often.) It is one of the best beaches and CLEANER too. The pic is terrible though LOL because the beach is HUGE. This pic does not do it justice:

Anyway we are fine and I AM HAPPY!Latahs!

Glad to hear good news. My husband works and sister and her hubby joined in my hale. It tough and often struggle like any other 'ohana too. I work from home and watch my youngest child unitl she is ready for school. A family sauce is in the process of retialing products. I've been there and frankly it's the pits. why not have every Hawaiian have a hale tax and debt free compliments of our new government!
