Hawaiian Kingdom recognized as an Independant Nation.

In 1843 Hawaii was recognized by the United Nations as an Independant state.  The Hawaiian Kingdom was the first non- european nation to be Inducted in this " Family of Nations,".  According to International "Laws", no nation may force thier supperiority on another nation, whether they were big or small, all nations were considered equal and can never be over taken by another nation without thier consent, which the United States government did with Military force.  In 1854 Hawaii became known as a nuetral nation, one of peace and frienship with not only other nations but of peoples, in my opinion, the overthrow of the Hawaiian Kingdom and the imprisonment of our Queen Liliuokalani by force with the help of the United States of america military "force" is clearly an ' Act of War" on a soveriegn Nation.

It requires, as well, measures to ensure adherence to the principles of supremacy of law, equality before the law, accountability to the law, fairness in the application of the law, separation of powers, participation in decision-making, legal certainty, avoidance of arbitrariness and procedural and legal transparency."
