Ben Fletcher of the University of Hertfordshire in the United Kingdom conducted a study to persuade individuals to abandon their typical routines. Each day, the individuals selected a different behavior assignment from the polarities of opposed behaviors — lively/quiet, introvert/extrovert, reactive/proactive. Therefore, an introverted individual would act like an extrovert for a full day. In addition, twice per week, they were required to behave in a manner outside of their normal routine, such as eating or reading something they would never do.
In what way do you believe the group has changed the most?
After four months, the astounding finding was that the individuals had dropped an average of eleven pounds. Six months later, nearly all had maintained their weight loss, while others continued to shed pounds.
This was not a diet, but a study on the effects of change.
The idea is that pushing people to alter their usual behavior encourages them to analyze their choices, as opposed to selecting the default mode without thought. Indirectly, this contradicts the narrative. In having to actively analyze decisions, students used their decision-making and choice-making skills, which extended to other decisions such as what to eat and what not to eat. Once adolescents realize they are actively making decisions, they may determine what is in their best interest and what advances their tales. What does not work.

What exactly is "the box"? How do you think creatively? How can you escape your tale in order to modify it?

The questions presuppose the existence of the story as a universal given. The difficulty is the story, the metaphorical "box" of the familiar and accepted. However, the reality is that it does not exist unless you create or accept it. And individuals are always free to change their thoughts, convictions, and fundamental assumptions.
