I sat there in disbelief and brought to tears as I watched 2 out of 3 teams trying to complete their first task which entailed transporting a pig to the imu. As I watched them drop the pig numerous times, I became angry and immediately felt disrespected. I felt as if they were disrespecting our culture and degrading our people. I cannot believe CBS and The Amazing Race was even allowed to perform this task. Did they even consult a Native Hawaiian consultant on this when they decided to do it? I mean there are a million other things stupid non-Hawaiians (I'm trying to be nice here) racing for a million dollars could've done.
