Are we looking for criminals on the Neighbor Islands, TOO ?? Or are criminals safe on Kaua'i ?? Is it true that the crimes on the outer islands are "just minor kine stuffs" and that it's best to just concentrate on O'ahu where The UH Manoa "Brain Trust" can keep things on the tracks ???
