Using Real Name on Social Networking Sites

I recently read an article about using my real name on social networking sites and how it's not good because that's where most hackers get their information about you from. Too Late! I used my whole name here! So far nothing bad has happened. I feel more comfortable anyway knowing that a person uses their real name and has a picture of their self posted and maybe even a little bit about themselves. I don't like it when people use fictitious names such as names of our alii ancestor's or priestly family names. That's just me though.

I just noticed this. I actually had to change and delete my last name on my Maoliworld page because a couple of people stalk me online and I noticed that searching for my name via Google made my Maoliworld page pop up.

Normally among other oiwi I like to let them know who I am but with people like Jere Krischel and Ken Conklin as well as countless others... I think it can be a detriment to one's physical safety.

Anyway I wish I could leave my last name on but since this world is full of jerks... I can't.
