LIHU`E, Kaua`i — The State Historic Preservation Division failed to followstate law regarding Native Hawaiian burials in a Kaua`i beachfronthouselot where 30 sets of human remains were found, Fifth Circuit JudgeKathleen Watanabe ruled...
Actually it's not a surprise at all. They're whole existence is based on lawlessness and nothingness. There aren't any Native Hawaiian human remains there. The human remains buried there were never, ever born within the jurisdiction of the United States of America. The human remains are those of Kanaka Maoli...born within the jurisdiction of Ko Hawaii Pae Aina. Once we start to let that sink into our heads we can make some headway.
We are not Native Hawaiian or native Hawaiian...we are Kanaka Maoli.
