Each year for the past nine years in both the U.S. Senate & House the Akaka Bill is reintroduced without any Public Hearings held in Hawaii. The Site Inspection scheduled for Thursday-September 24, 2009 by the Maui/Lana`i Island Burial Council will now take place with the Public being denied access by Kula Ridge Mauka Developer, Clayton Nishikawa, Phone: 242-6900, email: clayton@adcmaui.com
