aloha..mahalo for your info..I believe your Pupuka is related..Would you care to show me info that you have? We are searching for our Pupuka line and I have some as we just had a get together with some other families. Our tutu Daniel Pupuka married Kaleo Kaiama..for some reason they had 8 kids and the boys changed their last names to Daniels. Our tutu Pupuka father is Pupuhi...I know their is a story behind it..let me know please..aloha Jeff
Mahalo for your comment in the "Kupuna" post. I believe because of my upbrining from my parents and grandparents, they have taught me how to show respect early in life, and I never take that for granted. I have not wanted to add more on the forum discussion, but I don't totally agree with the princess. As she has stated, she gives "Hawaiian's" the "highest" respect, more than anyone else from any other culture.
I don't agree, but that is her right. I feel that "EGO" takes over the best of us but I feel all kupuna, wether Hawaiian or not must be given respect. I hope to see more of you on here.
