I wanted to draw your attention to this important petition that I recently created:

I really think this is an important cause, and feel that as native Hawaiians we must all come together for this common cause.
Delevopers , private home builders and now government is trying to desecrate the burials of our Kupunas. It is time for us to take a stand and tell them ENOUGH!! STOP developing on the sand dunes that are home to our Kupunas IWI'S!!!

MALAMA NA KUPUNA IWI'S O WAILUA
Before I go on I would like to send my Mahalo to Ikaika Hussey for creating a wonderful forum where we can all come to "share" and/or "vent" on the many issues that affect us and that we hold dear to our heart! We all may not agree on certain issues, but it is nice to see that we can all agree to disagree, respecting each others position.

The War Crime Complaint alleges:
“State of Hawai‘i Judges OKAMOTO, FOLEY, LEONARD, and REIFURTH committed a war crime by willfully depriving my client, a protected person, of a fair and regular trial prescribed by the fourth Geneva Convention. The Plaintiff, State of Hawai‘i Department of Hawaiian Home Lands Chair JOBIE MASAGATANI and State of Hawai‘i Governor NEAL ABERCROMBIE, represented by the State of Hawai‘i Attorney General DAVID M. LOUIE and Deputy Attorney Generals MATTHEW S. DVONCH, DIANE K. TAIRA and S. KALANI BUSH were complicit in these proceedings and therefore committed a war crime as accessories.”
The War Crime Complaint concludes:
“Accordingly, pursuant to Article 17(3) of the Rome Statute, I respectfully request the office of the Prosecutor, with all due speed, investigate the situation in order to determine if the alleged perpetrators should be charged with the war crime specified above.”
The ICC jurisdiction over the Hawaiian Islands will begin March 4, 2013.

I lost/stolen my phone so I don't have your number can you call my cell or residence number miss you. Don't have travel money or any money to do much,but hanging in there main thing is the bills get paid.
My dad died this summer and it was hell on one end and heart breaking to lose my dad. I've had him for almost 64 years and I should be greatful, but a bit resentful of having to put up with his two wives my mother being one of them. My dad did his best to love both women and all they every did was keep his children away from him. Both women were hopeless women, so dam missionary christian and manipulative. His children and grandchildren are paying for this today. Cause now it's all about couldah, shouldah etc.. I should be greatful because I was the closes to him and had his time when ever I wanted his attention. And I was lucky in that sense. Now I have to contend with the ones in my family that didn't have that close contact. Any how are things overthere? We are fronting APEC soon and I don't know how that is going to come down. Love you all
