E Kauhi: If you are still interested in papa oli, it is still Tuesdays 6PM at Center for Hawaiian Studies. You are always welcome to sit in and see if you want to jump in!

E Kauhi, mahalo for your new comment. I have been taught by Kumu John Keola Lake, sat with him for 12 years and then underwent 'uniki as a kahuna kākalaleo, a chant practitioner. Before his passing, he sat us down and assigned us kuleana for the halau, mine was to continue teaching oli, a joyful burden. Therefore, if you want to come and learn oli, I teach it on Tuesday evenings, 6-7:30PM at Kamakakuokalani Center for Hawaiian Studies, though our halau is not part of UH, we are afforded the courtesy of using the place off hours. If you are free on Tuesday to pursue oli, you are welcome to come sit in, and if it appeals to you, to start formal training in oli. Just let me know your desires.
