Because written sneakily INTO the Akaka Bill is a final attempt to OVERTHROW the Kingdom of Hawaii. Haven't you wondered WHY they are pushing so hard? The War Crime Complaint alleges:
“State of Hawai‘i Judges OKAMOTO, FOLEY, LEONARD, and REIFURTH committed a war crime by willfully depriving my client, a protected person, of a fair and regular trial prescribed by the fourth Geneva Convention. The Plaintiff, State of Hawai‘i Department of Hawaiian Home Lands Chair JOBIE MASAGATANI and State of Hawai‘i Governor NEAL ABERCROMBIE, represented by the State of Hawai‘i Attorney General DAVID M. LOUIE and Deputy Attorney Generals MATTHEW S. DVONCH, DIANE K. TAIRA and S. KALANI BUSH were complicit in these proceedings and therefore committed a war crime as accessories.”
The War Crime Complaint concludes:
“Accordingly, pursuant to Article 17(3) of the Rome Statute, I respectfully request the office of the Prosecutor, with all due speed, investigate the situation in order to determine if the alleged perpetrators should be charged with the war crime specified above.”
The ICC jurisdiction over the Hawaiian Islands will begin March 4, 2013.

Aloha Donna, finally able to drop in. Just came from hearing Dayne Aleka Aipoalani Gonsalves speaking on what great works he has done so far and saying how he was viewed as an aliinui. The works are indeed what others have not been able to do but the sitting on the throne must still require koko! I am grateful to those who went ahead of me as it makes it easier for me to emerge. Ke Akua showed me the path I must take and the manao I have yet to do as the great granddaughter of Kalanikauikeauoli, Liholiho n their papa, Kamehameha the Great. By blood, this includes every king who ruled, kahunas and priestly line of the ages and the great grand niece of King George V, VI,n 8th. I know there are some battles that I cannot avoid but I know Ke Akua has always heard my prayers and with his help, Hawaii will sit with the two most powerful countries today, no more "poho". My papa was and is the only commoner in my tree. I am finally done with my mokuauhau. Just as Kamehameha wished, I am the lehua of the kumulipo, kings, kahunas and priestly line of the ages and I was spoken of in Kamaukau's unrevised book "The Ruling Chiefs and my great grandpa Keliinohokula had a sister by the name of KAUAKAHIKUAANAAUKANE. This is the starting year when everything I merely dreamed of comes to be. The Supreme Court asked oha if they were descendents of Kamehameha I and even Dayne. He thinks all are but this claim is before heaven and the only one who can answer them is me. The kanaka priests spoke of my coming. NOTICE OF CONFERENCE CALL
(Conference Call to Discuss Matters Relating to Convening Oral Argument)
On Tuesday, December 8, 2009 at 1:00 PM, ET, this Board will hold a conference call
regarding hearing requests received in this proceeding, which involves the application of the
U.S. Army Installation Command for a Source Material License to possess depleted uranium at
two sites in Hawaii. The purpose of the call is to discuss matters relating to convening oral
argument on standing and contention admissibility issues either by videoconference or in Hawaii
in early January. The call is expected to last about 60 minutes.
On or before 5:00 PM on December 4, 2009, participants1 should email the Board’s law
clerk, Katie Tucker at katie.tucker@nrc.gov, to obtain the telephone number and pass code for
the December 8, 2009 teleconference. The Board asks that all participants call into the
teleconference a few minutes before the conference is scheduled to begin so that it commences
promptly.
1 The participants in this conference call will be Cory Harden, Jim Albertini, Isaac Harp, Luwella
Leonardi, Barbara Moore, the U.S. Army, and the NRC Staff. Members of the public who wish
to listen to this conference call may do so, and should contact Ms. Tucker at the above email
