Aloha Barbi, I have been reading and researching my Ohana for a long time now. I am the great granddaughter if John Mitchell Pauole of Molokai. Do you have any information on John Papoko Pauole such as his parents name? And any information on his second wife Kala, such as her surname, and where they are buried? Mahalo Nui.

Aloha Barbi,

I was truly surprise to read your mess.  on the Spiritual World.  It's a beautiful start for healing.   Death and dying can be a very huge chore for all of us.  The pain one feels, and I speak from experience will subside over time.  What will be left are memories and sometimes the pain will return, but it's a good thing.  I'm old therefore, I have had many that has passed.  My father just past this summer 2011 and I miss him dearly.  In the past, I too have had deaths of a child and that took about five years to heal.  Just note, that it will pass--it just took longer.

I'm not sure about your situation, but my share comes from learning from others.  In other words, like you I reached out.  So take care and have a happy new and wonderful new year!  Much aloha
