    Butchie Kekahu was very very close to his Uncle Charles Koani. Butch even named his son after him.

    However, just for the record, Butchie Kekahu was not the founder of the Koani foundation, but rather the founder of the Aloha March.

    Charles Koani was the founder of the Koani Foundation.
