I enjoyed looking at your advertisement of kapa and lau hala. I live in Ukumehame we are the few kanakas that have moved onto the aina together with one day Opunui Ohana. I am interested in doing kapa and planting of the Wauke I have an aunty that is helping me to prep the keikis. We are putting a womens group and have a aunty from tonga that is a kapa maker and she shares a lot and she does a lot of work with wauke. Hope that ke akua bless you in your manao and mahalo for sharing these special part of the culture with others.
