I am sending you this message in preparation fo rthe Satuurday meeting. It will begin at 9:30 a.m. and we scheduled to having two meetings back to back so this is the schedule.
Open at 9, begin at 9:30 a.m. with the reunion meeting for two hours (light lunch) lunch to follow and at 1l:30 and begin the second portion which is open for The Hui O Waimanalo to begin the educational purpose a special guest from Maui, Mahealani Ventura-Oliver and her staff person will come and share their alternative to OHA et al as well as and understanding Royal Patents and LCA's.
The second part is a prelude to future meetings to discuss in the educational part of the reunion, with Keanu and such people. I thought to send out an e-mail to you about what to expect.
You said that you were going to the grave site to honor your parents and have to end at 11 a.m. this is what we will do and end that portion at that time. However, after the pule, chants, introductions you will go first. In reality the first part will open with an explanation of what has transpired so far, what the purpose of this meeting is for and timing. Okay?
