  I did not know you were on this site.  How are you? Thank you for sharing ..for I struggle too with trying to stay healthy at my age.  We have so much work to do in our community.  Do you live on homestead?  I was subbing at Nanaikapono a few weeks ago and part of day was spent in the Museum.  I miss the solid culture learning that you brought to the students.  The old ways are gone, and only the NCLB exist.  I miss the Na Kupuna discipline, their stern voices, and their body language that thunders.   Sampling our culture is not real and it puts us at risk.  Luwella Leonardi
