  • If I hear of anything through either the coconut wireless or posters of your 20th reunion or other get-togethers being planned for your class, I'll surely let you know. A Hui Hou!
  • So we all have our bad days and some bad months or years. We all miss him. You have to tell him that he is always, always welcomed to our class family and we open our arms to him when he finally is able to get-together with his classmates. Even if we don't have an activity, if he tells us when he's going to be home we will scramble the boys he knew and try to get the girls away from their family to go out and grill some hotdogs, burgers and steak and talk about the school days.

I think it was Buddy who was shocked when I stuck a pair of scissors in my left thigh - we were a crazy class in Mrs. Woodhouse class in the 3rd grade. That was when Glen Perez arrived for the first time to our class. When I punctured my thigh simultaneously someone cut the tip of their finger on the paper cutter. Was it Buddy who had the finger incident or Darryl Caravalho? Someone was sharpening their pencil too and had an accident. So, he's gotta answer that question for me who cut their finger on the paper cutter was it him or was it Darryl? AUWE! LOL

    A Hui Hou Noelani!
  • Yes now I remember...you're waay younger than us. How is Buddy? We want him to contact us on our website. My e-mail on the site is the contact so please tell him to get a hold of us because we plan to get together next year in June, 2009 for another get together. Douglas Yamamoto is so gung ho on us getting together every year or every other year and we have fun even if it's only a handful. If Buddy is on Maoliworld or has an e-mail please have him contact me. I have a mailing address too on the class website. We all became a very close class after I became president...I was the grumbler with the SAME people always in office which we now are friends of course. Buddy remembers my grumbling and he was there when I was elected president out of spite...like a challenge to stop my grumles. LOL
  • Some people called me by Nani by mistake because they mistook me for one of Aunty Libby's daughters. She and my dad were siblings. But yes, I was president of our class and your brother Larry was my classmate. If you go to our class website, I'm the momona one with the white sweater and black pants back in 1981. Try search Kohala High School Class of 1981 or this link: http://kohala96755.tripod.com/classof1981/
  • Trying to figure out who are the others in your video pics...I think I need to get an upgrade on my bifocles....LOL, but true because my mom keeps reminding me...Steph, when you going see Aunty Lurline to get your glasses fixed?

  • Hmmmm! I think you forgot some words:

"We're first and last and always for the Green and Gold forever." THEN! The Green and Gold our colors dear the Green and Gold forever we're one and all and always for the Green and Gold forever. 'Aaaamene!
  • I JUST HAD TO!

"Beneath the calm blue azure skies our alma mater likes..." Hehehe! Now you finish the rest! Lets see how much you remembered. AND NO CHEATING!!!!
  • Wow! I'm impressed w/ your profile! Hey! You gotta go check out my page again... I updated it. FYI. How's my background! It's a shot that I took of the sunset at Mahukona headed home to Hilo after taking friends visiting from Colombia on a field trip to Kohala. This was taken in January of this year. "HAIL TO THEE DEAR BLACK AND GOLD HAIL ALL HAIL WE SING."
