Often times one would run up against something related to a person negatively. Yesterday, I had to as my students to look at a destructive anger as something that is positive. And construct a positive from a negative.
I had to explain that the rage and anger gets down to your bones and sometimes harbor there until one gets a disease.
The other talk that I had to give to my student that rage or anger that harbors are sometimes forgotten, but continues without consciousness of what the real truth about anger. Therefore, something from the past becomes present but we lost sight of what the reasons were for ones anger, so we cause an incident for the day--but based on the anger and rage that is still bubbling inside of us.
The aspect to destructive rage is that the blood flow to our brains is cut off when we are angry thus cause a lost of memory!
This whole process was a preparation for the HSTA testing for NCLB.
This is when I pull from my gut or my genealogy for skills and stamina. And thanks to my grandmother known as mama auld she gives me the energy to speak about Hooponopono!
