I am posting this for those who maybe interested. We will have an access to the Heiau Complex June 7,2008.
I am in an alaka'i/kako'o postion there at the valley, and have been doing this for ~4years. There will be a cultural tour of the heiau complex followed by a working period. The hike/cultural tour alsts about 1 to 1.5 hours, and then we will work till lunch, food will be provided. 9am-12ish. Please be there a little before 9 so we may start at 9am.
Please dress appropriately, pants, shoes, shirt, that can get dirty, and mosquito reppellant for those who need it.
I will post directions sooon. Please respond to this thread or to me directly so I can have a head count. Mahalo
