Don't have a warped idea what the Akaka Bill is all about. Frivolous arguments may be due through typical ignorance. The Akaka Bill promotes the continuous U.S. WASP racist doctrines of Manifest Destiny. Under international law which both the U.S.A. and the Kingdom of Hawai'i are subject to and under the U.S. Constitution, there is NO treaty of annexation; thus Hawai'i wasn't and is not part of the U.S.A. It is under prolonged belligerent occupation of which the U.S. has continuously violated till today. To ratify a treaty, one needs 2/3 majority vote in Congress; it was rejected for lack of that. In lieu of it, they passed a domestic/internal resolution to do unlawfully what they couldn't do lawfully. We are still kingdom subjects and living citizens of which 16% were not Hawaiian Polynesian and of foreign origin. The Hawaiian Kingdom still exists and the U.S. occupiers must leave and the kingdom restored. That's all there is to it -NO TO AKAKA BILL!

It's also a fact that the citizens were always against annexation decades before the U.S. invasion and belligerent occupation of 1893. The Ku'e petitions of 1897, Memorial, and the Queen's formal protest led to the rejection of the treaty of annexation in Congress. The conspiracy initiated in Washington, D.C. with U.S. Secretary James G. Blaine, minister John L. Stevens among others and enlisted Lorrin A. Thurston to help destabilize, without setting international precedent, the Kingdom's government and participate in the takeover to annex the islands to the U.S.A. The Queen, to prevent bloodshed and violence submitted under duress and the threat of war by the U.S. in hopes that the U.S. would right the wrong, once this action of cowardly traitors was brought to light. The Queen urged the people to maintain the peace because she had faith that the U.S. would do the right thing. The actions of the U.S. and its citizens in 1893 is pivotable to international crimes committed on the friendly, neutral nation of the Hawaiian Kingdom by the U.S.A. The ongoing violations of the unlawful belligerent occupation committed by the U.S. is what has created the situations till today and we are forced to deal with the circumstances the best we know how until justice is served. The shame and dishonor is still on the U.S.A.

The Akaka Bill is not the answer; the U.S. de-ccupation of the Kingdom of Hawai'i is the only solution.

Akaka Bill is NOT about justice; its about control. With Congress' self-appointed plenary authority, they can recognize and unrecognise the tribes, including the "Native Hawaiian" tribe once they get what they want. See how they have handled native American tribes in the past. It's all about the U.S. WASP racist Manifest Destiny doctrines. A governing entity is like a studentbody government in school; what you see is not what you get. Semantics! Nothing changes. Blood quantum is a U.S. American creation; part of their genocide tactics to eliminate a people of a foreign nation. A nation within a nation is really called belligerent occupation infiltrated with hostile occupiers. People can argue points of the Akaka Bill ad nauseum. The fact is that this is a Hawaiian national issue and an international issue which the U.S. needs to address in that arena and not continue to play within their internal/domestic double-talk with no jurisdiction in foreign countries.

Let me add that what the Akaka Bill is pushing is for us to comply with their Manifest Destiny Doctrines of subjugation with the U.S. positing their superiority over us, that they have superior title and governance over us, and they have been directed by Divine Providence (God) of the White Anglo Saxon Protestant (WASP) to rule over us and to be enslaved by them. That a double-standard is normative in their mainstream society. This was inspired by the Roman Catholic Church's Papal Bull edicts and carries the authority to do what they want to non-Christian, non-white (once regarded as sub-human) people of the world. When John Calvin broke from the Church of England who broke from the Roman Catholic Church, he like others, reinterpreted the doctrines, dogma, and epistles of the Church. Thus the Calvinists protestants believed in pre-destination in that conversion to Christianity of non-whites do not give them access to heaven when they die. The non-whites are expected to be good Christians in this life and subject to the white men which can do anything to non-whites even murder steal, covet, torture, enslave, whatever they want because God told them they can. Make them good Christians on earth for they shall not enter the Kingdom of Heaven which is pre-ordained by God.

This is the doctrines that they have been imbued in for at least the last 7 to 8 hundred years. This belief has not abated in the 21st century as we have witnessed. It's time we put a stop to it and the first step is to stop the Akaka Bill and put the U.S. into their place by having them de-occupy our country and national territory.
