Thanks for the sharing, I too have to check on the latest out here for we have Lei Momi going to court too to win her traffic violation case too. Keaumoku on Oahu also too have been in and out of court.

Well it looks like the case in hilo was continued and Mr. Spinney did not have to testify in Lovell's case and Lovell's attorney did file Mr. Sai's testimony used in a Mr. Lance Larsins traffic case, I heard them discussing a strategy with Mr. Lovells attorney to file a notice of pending action in the State court referring to Mr. Sai's law suit, claiming to be the same (Lovell is a hawaii subject like Mr. Sai) and the State court should wait for the decision and outcome of the federal court.

as i said i will follow this lokahi in the american courts, i am fortunate to witness some of these things, like sometime back in a trial in the hilo court if i remember it was State of Hawaii v. Richard Lovell;
A case Dr. Sai testified in on behalf of Mr. Lovell, well i have followed this case and today Mr. Spinney is also testifying in the same case on behalf of Mr. Lovell as living in this Hawaii Kingdom Mr. Spinney has mentioned to these judges for as long as i have watched it happened. I guess i am kinda angered because the courts have a different attitude with defendants or witnesses like Mr. Spinney then they do with me seems unfair, but like Mr. Landow cleared up for me Mr. Spinney is in another country. Ok i'll go see what happens in hilo,

He (Keanu Sai) presented at Wheeler Air Force Base? But, Anelle Amaral de bunked through her violent nature the people's call to the table on their geneology by the Army and to receive their heritage ownership of 'iwi' recently found.
After listening 3/4's of the way, I believe Spinney and Keanu have a terrific case both sides!!!!!
Jan 14, 2010, I wanted to go on trial for failure to presenting a professional contention before the AEC and NRC. So much neglect, and lack of resources was a problem, however, not an excuse to doing a terrible job on my part. I know this to be a fact, I did a terrible job! I have to be open to someone calling me on my bad job before the AEC and the NRC. Eventhough depleted uranium was taken from Schofield to Makua before Jan 13, 2010, I knew the depth of the problem. Poisoning the people of Waianae because Schofield or the people of Wahiawa ran to NRC to remove DU from Schofield. Whereas the Pentagon came to Hawaii to follow thru on what Wahiawa people wanted to have done.
The Pentagon came to Hawaii to permit removeing of DU from Schofield Barracks Military Base and transfer this poision dust over to Makua via trucking as their 2050 plus plus Sustainability plan. The dust is not low, weak, or safe--it kills!
Okay it's done, again I believe Spinney is doing the right thing we should see this interesting case unfold into whether the executive order is correct or wrong. Let's see if Spinney loyalty lies with the Liliu and her people or himself. That's my take--small kine.
with that said, shouldn't we also file based on the disregard of our intervention on the DU issues?
shouldn't we and others like Tom Lenchanko file based on the disregard of the iwi?
shouldn't the issues of genocide be also entered onto the records as part of it or even as exhibits which would be the forerunner to the International Court for the records too?......think this would be a good thing to do.........have a feeling that'll be the next step based on the U.S. ruling would be to shut down issues having to do with Hawaiian activity by those who were never recognized thru the Organic Act of 1900...........just rambling off the top of my head........

perhaps we could do a concerted KUE type petition with a standard document made and everyone could just insert their personal information?

p.s. wouldn't it also be a issue for all citizens of all kinds living in the Hawaiian Islands as well based on the fact that they're breathing the same air, DU, etc..........possible......extension needed or a continuance could be made for adds to the case based on injuries from the Hawaiian Islands, etc.?;p
I am not sure of the cost of filing a new case as Keanu has done, I do know it can be a lot. the DC court posts that info on its website. The filing as a "Movant" in Keanu's case I believe can been done at the cost of mailing the docs and you can be exempted from most fees as an indigent.
We are also accepting other parties to be named in our complaint already identified as 1-100 to be named.
As for Alfred Spinneys loyalties, the people of the Mahele, period, pau.......
