Wanting to learn to olelo Maoli..

mahalo kanaka Maoli

 

Olelo mai i ke leo Maoli o Hawaiiki ka lono ake ai au.

Maori: E mohio ana au ki te korero i te reo Maori so i'm trying to use what i know in Reo Maori to pick up y third language...Hawaii Maoli. Would love some support.

Here are some easy phrases I'd like to know:

 

How are you?

 

How is your family?

 

What have you been doing?

 

Thank you!

Where is the....

Who is that?

 

Over here:

Over there
Way over there:

 

Surf looks sweet:

    Welcome to Maoliworld. Perhaps the easiest method for you to use is just type in "Hawaiian Language lessons on Youtube" on your search engine, this has the benefit of an audio visual learning resource.
