SUMMARY

The United States became bankrupt from the American Civil War dating 1863 - 1865.

Treaties could only be made when the United States was not in a bankrupt status.

After 1865, the United States could only sign Conventions.

The United States and the American Empire can only sign Conventions till this day.

In 1871, a Secret banker's Constitution was made because the U.S. was bankrupt.

By passing the Act of 1871, Congress committed TREASON against the People who were Sovereign under the grants and decrees of the Declaration of Independence and the organic Constitution. The Act of 1871 became the FOUNDATION of all the treason since committed by government officials.

Just in case anyone's wondering why treaties are posted....it's because in the U.S. Constitution, Article 6 says that 'treaties are the Supreme Law of the Land'.....that would apply to only treaties ratified before 1865.....after that period, the U.S. could only sign Conventions!
