The rule of law, including equality under the law and protection of individual liberties, is America’s cornerstone. As President, I am committed to nominating judges who will support the Constitution and apply the law as written.
As part of my pledge to stand for the rule of law, I promised the American people that I would nominate individuals to the Supreme Court who will faithfully adhere to our Constitution and the laws of our great Nation. In keeping with that pledge, shortly after my inauguration, I nominated Justice Neil Gorsuch, a dedicated constitutionalist, to replace the late, great Justice Antonin Scalia. On July 9, 2018, to fill the vacancy created by Justice Anthony Kennedy’s retirement, I was pleased to nominate Judge Brett Kavanaugh of the United States Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit. Judge Kavanaugh has impeccable credentials, unsurpassed qualifications, and a proven commitment to the Constitution and its protections. In the coming months, I look forward to working with the United States Senate as it fulfills its constitutional duty of advising on my nomination and deciding whether to provide its consent.

Note:  U.S. President Trump has Not bashed the U.S. Constitution as some of the other U.S. Presidents such as George W. Bush, Barrack Obama, et. als.

George W. Bush said that the U.S. Constitution was just a 'goddam piece of paper'.
Some of the other Presidents mocked the U.S. Constitution.

In my research, I've found that the U.S. since President McKinley's disregard for the U.S. Constitution of 1787, he followed the 1871 secret banker's Constitution that the people don't know about.  Whistleblowers Karen Hudes of the World Bank, Alana Fleischmann of the J.P. Morgan bankers, and Russia's leader Vladimir Putin exposed the second U.S. Constitution which usurped the American people.  The third U.S. Constitution was passed by U.S. President Jimmy Carter, in 1980 which made American's economic slaves.

It was U.S. President William McKinley who failed to follow rule of law, the U.S. Constitution of 1787, international laws - Vattel laws and had the Army, Navy, Federal personnel develop Hawaii as a Territory of the United States, disregarding the facts found showing U.S. President Cleveland gave Hawaii Back thrice (3x) to Queen Liliuokalani.

It was U.S. President William McKinley who turned the United States into two (2) nations:  (1) the American Empire which worked with only Territories --included Hawaii and (2) the United States - operated with nations with treaties.  The Hawaiian Kingdom has a permanent treaty of amity and friendship in 1850 with Kamehameha III - Kauikeaouli, his heirs, and successors and U.S. President Zachary Taylor.

Observations: 

(1)  The Hawaiian Kingdom went underground.
(2)  Treaty of 1850 maintained by Kamehameha III - heirs and successors.
(3)  Premeditation to take over Hawaii was planned by U.S. President Benjamin Harrison,
John Foster - Secretary of State under U..S. President Benjamin Harrison, et. als.
(4)  The American Empire operates with the Territories gotten from an illegal War with Spain, and claimed Hawaii to be a Territory disregarding the already recognized independent nation since 1841 due to Belgium's recognition then 1843 recognition by U.S., Great Britain, and France.
(5)  The United States recognized Treaties with Nations and disregarded the Hawaiian Kingdom because the Treaty applied to only Kamehameha III's heirs and successors. 

It was conspirator, treasonous person Sanford B. Dole who began to write articles saying the "last of Kamehameha's" was Kamehameha V/ Bernice Pauahi Bishop, et. als. - Attorneys legalese defrauded the Royal Family's position in operating the 1850 Treaty.  Documented Fraud perpetuated by the U.S. Presidents who perpetuated lies because there was never an Annexation over Hawaii.

Deviant Presidents perpetuated the lies, frauds because they failed to follow honesty, rule of law, the U.S. Constitution of 1787 which also means that article 6 continues on...the treaties are the supreme law of the land and the Judges have to maintain that fact.

Comes the good President John F. Kennedy who tried to make corrections:  he had a meeting with the Mayors/Governors in Hawaii in 1963 just before flying to Texas and getting assassinated.

President John F. Kennedy believed in the rule of law, the U.S. Constitution. 

Comes now U.S. President Trump who believes in the Rule of Law, the U.S. Constitution, Equality Under the Law, and Protection of Individual Liberties and facing evils from Biden, Obama, Camel, Pelosi, Benghazi Bitch Clinton, Snake Sanders.....all supporting endless wars, the Patriot Act, maintaining FEMA operations, more taxes, bankruptcy for the people,  maintaining the Secret Treaty of Verona since 1822, Secret bankers Constitution of 1781, the Secret 1980 Constitution with Treason activities promoted, etc.

Through research, it is only right that the facts be presented to the kanaka maoli and the American people who are basically innocent and know not the truth or have failed to do their research on the Warmongering Presidents, Confederate based, and Hate, Animosity based Presidents with goals to promote Socialist, Communist, One World Order Programs with no good intentions for the World.

Other Presidents who followed the Policy was U.S. President Roosevelt, Wilson.

It appears that the following Presidents continued the "SCARCE MONEY POLICY" which obtains monies from the American people through interests.

Read the articles below to better understand how the U.S. Government and the Bankers obtain your monies which renders most of the population bankrupt and ill able to complete the payments of their mortgages.

It appears that the racketeering scheme exploits all citizens funds and forces all to pay for the Rail Systems, Mortgages, etc. and leaving most citizens unable to obtain a home.

Paid off homes are still attacked by taxes which can mean an end to homeownership as well.

That is the American Democratic Society since the time of the "Secret Banker's Constitution" of 1878.

U.S. President Cleveland's time in office is given credit for the "SCARCE MONEY POLICY".

The following U.S. President's continued the "SCARCE MONEY POLICY".

This research exposes the U.S. which has no monies, is bankrupt, and failed to maintain  Rule of Law, and the U.S. Constitution.

U.S. President John F. Kennedy moved to maintain Rule of Law, and the U.S. Constitution.  He and his brother Bobby Kennedy who hoped to run for President were assassinated.

The later Presidents failed to follow Rule of Law, and the U.S. Constitution until the current U.S. President Donald Trump.
